We have finally settled into our new house and I've been itching to get baking! We are expecting visitors today so I whipped up a batch of yummy vanilla cupcakes. I did half with a bright sunny yellow swirl and a sprinkle of glitter and the other half in a 2 tone pink & peach rose swirl. This was a new technique I've been wanting to try, they look so pretty I think I'll be making lots of these in the future. I finished off the roses with a glittery pink butterfly. Enjoy the sunshine!

Jungle Boogie
I had sooooo much fun making these jungle animal cake toppers. They look so great, bright and colourful for a little boys 1st birthday! See my Flickr photostream for a closeup of each one.
And for the grown ups... 12 blue vanilla swirls!
Rose Swirls
I love this frosting effect. 24 pretty rose swirls for a 70th birthday in pastel shades of lemon, pink, peach & lilac (unfortunately they look grey on the photos)
Half & Half
I tried a new technique for these vaniila cupcakes, 2 colour frosting. Here I used a yellow & white combo & the obligatory glitter!
Secret Dreamworld of a Shopaholic
This mini cake was for Danielles 18th birthday. A 4" mini cake complete with shopping bags and a teeny tiny Tiffany box! I also made 12 pretty cupcakes complete with glitter
