This cake was for Seans 21st, he's a Dr Who fan so the Tardis idea was perfect. Very glad I bought the blue colour fondant as the dyes do not give the depth of colour I needed for this cake. It looked really good, I kept the decoration simple.

Happy 1st Birthday Issy!
It has come round so fast... Isabelles 1st birthday! This Tinkerbell cake was made for her big birthday party. I bought the topper rather than make one as this doubles as a keepsake for her present. The sponge cake was covered with lilac fondant and decorated with coloured flowers and beads. Finished with some pretty ribbon, Isabelle candles and a big number 1 on the front its perfect for a fairy princess!
So long, farewell...

Gloss-tastic!
It doesn't get more snazzy than this... a big shiny lipgloss for the one and only lipgloss queen herself, Mrs Nancy Hester! I couldn't think of anything more appropriate to make for her birthday cake. Lush lemon cake and covered in sparkly pink fondant, its a near on perfect replica of her favourite lipgloss tube! Happy Birthday Bear! xxx

Ruby Wedding
This pretty cake was made for a Ruby wedding anniversary. I made a triple layer red velvet cake with vanilla frosting and decorated this with crisp white fondant & little red flowers. I painted these with an edible red shimmer to give then a bit of sparkle and added gold balls to highlight a few. I managed to pipe the lettering rather sucessfully, I must say I was quite proud of myself. A fabulous cake to celebrate 40 fabulous years!
